By accessing or using Plyra at www.plyra.ai (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 16 years old. By registering, you confirm eligibility.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.

3. Service Description

Plyra provides an AI-driven platform that may integrate with your uploaded documents, external APIs, and database connections to automate workflows and deliver insights. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features.

4. User Content & License

• You retain ownership of the content you submit (documents, API configs, feedback).
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and process your content to provide the Service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the Service for unlawful, infringing, or harmful activities.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass technical safeguards.
• Impersonate others or provide false information.
• Use the Service underage (<16) or allow minors unsupervised access.

6. Fees & Payment

• We offer free and paid tiers. Paid features are billed via Stripe under Stripe's terms.
• You authorize recurring billing. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Termination & Suspension

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or suspected fraud.
• You may delete your account anytime. Upon deletion, your data is retained per our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

• All Service IP (software, trademarks, logos) is owned by PLYRA AI LTD or its licensors.
• Unauthorized use of our IP is prohibited.

9. Feedback

If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that feedback.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England & Wales.

14. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. We'll post updates at www.plyra.ai/terms-conditions with the new "Effective Date." Continued use constitutes acceptance.
